At 8 Ball Wax Studio, my goal is to provide a smooth, comfortable, and on-time experience for every guest. The policies below help protect our appointment, respect everyone’s time, and keep the studio running efficiently. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
Cancellation Policy
-A 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.
-Please arrive on time. Appointments more than 5 minutes late may be shortened or require rescheduling to respect scheduled appointment times.
-No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
-Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the 50% booking deposit.
-If you need to reschedule, please communicate as early as possible. I understand that life happens, and I truly appreciate the courtesy of advance notice.
